Design & Construct Electrical Delivery at Yatala Facilit
This recently completed project saw the successful delivery of a base build package for a warehouse and wash bay facility in Yatala, completed under a Design & Construct (D&C) model. Our team managed the entire electrical scope from concept through to commissioning, ensuring functionality, compliance, and coordination with civil works on-site.
A key component of the install was the integration of a three-phase electrical system to support future use of larger machinery, tailored to the client's operational requirements. Our civil and electrical teams worked closely to ensure clean cable pathways, correct depths, and safe separation—supporting a seamless handover and long-term reliability.
Fast-Track Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade – RTK Engineering
Delivered a fast-track electrical upgrade for RTK Engineering, completing key infrastructure works with minimal business disruption.
The job involved the installation of four 32A 3-phase switched outlets to support high-demand machinery, as well as a full switchboard upgrade to a 48-pole Hager board. Our team also supplied and installed compliant cable containment and pathways.
All work was completed within a single day to ensure business operations remained uninterrupted.
Main Switchboard Upgrade at Multi-Tenancy Site, Camp Hill
Main switchboard upgrade at a multi-tenancy site in Camp Hill, replacing outdated infrastructure with a safe, modern, and compliant system. The project involved a carefully planned 6-hour power disconnection to minimise disruption across all premises.
Backup Generator Changeover Switch Installations Across Brisbane
As part of storm readiness planning, we completed the installation of manual changeover switches for backup generator supply sites all over Brisbane. The system allows for safe and reliable transition to generator power in the event of a grid outage—an essential measure heading into Queensland’s storm season.
This setup ensures the client can maintain critical operations during blackouts, with minimal manual intervention. The installation included verification of existing infrastructure, secure generator connection points, and full compliance with AS/NZS 3010 and AS/NZS 3000 standards.
Engineered Roof-Mounted A/C Installations for Commercial Warehouses
Installing A/C systems on commercial warehouse roofs demands more than just electrical know-how—it requires structural precision and weatherproofing that lasts.
We’ve refined our approach by supplying and installing custom-engineered mounting brackets tailored to each site’s truss spans and unit load requirements. This ensures every unit is securely mounted with no compromise to roof structure or safety.
Equally important is what goes underneath—our in-house roof penetration method includes a superior dry pan system, designed to eliminate any standing water around the penetration point. This detail is critical in preventing long-term water ingress, and it has become our standard across all roof-mounted A/C installations.
